The Manchette Trèfle d’Or is an openwork clover cuff in 18k gold-plated stainless steel forming a garland of outlined clovers with heart-shaped petals around the arm. The motifs are drawn in golden contour lines rather than solid metal, letting skin show through the lattice for a light, lace-like effect despite the cuff’s width. Polished edges pick up highlights along every petal as the wrist moves. The lucky-clover theme adds charm to an otherwise architectural piece. Mckella produces it in waterproof, tarnish-resistant 18k gold-plated stainless steel that is hypoallergenic and comfortable for long wear.
